“Simplifying the complex, one touchpoint at a time.”
For Hong Kong International Airport, efficiency is the ultimate currency. Our role was to humanise the “Flight Token” technology. We created a visual language that bridges the gap between sophisticated biometric security and the everyday passenger, ensuring the path from check-in to boarding is not just fast, but friendly.
Designing for millions of moving targets.
Creating visuals for an international transport hub presents a unique challenge: your audience is diverse, distracted, and always in a hurry.
- Clarity Above All: The “Flight Token” project wasn’t just about branding; it was about wayfinding and education. We designed the Key Visuals (KV) to be instantly recognisable. Whether displayed on a high-definition TV wall or a printed flyer, the message had to be absorbed in a split second: “Look here to pass through.”
- Omnichannel Consistency: Antzdesign delivered a cohesive suite of assets. We managed the high-quality printing for physical displays while simultaneously optimising graphics for digital screen banners. This unified approach ensures that wherever a passenger looks—from the check-in kiosk to the boarding gate—the visual cues remain consistent, reducing anxiety and improving flow.
